1. Order your parfum refill in the same size and fragrance as your current parfum. Due to cosmetic licensing law, we will only refill in the same fragrance as the bottle is labelled.
2. An empty box and return label will be sent out to yoo.
3. Return your empty bottle to us.
4. We then send your perfume back to you.
